Educational Background: Sean’s journey began with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Westfield State College in 1984, providing him with a solid foundation for his future endeavors.
Leadership within the Industry: Sean’s commitment to the automotive community is underscored by his role as President of the New Hampshire Service Manager Guild, demonstrating his leadership and dedication to industry excellence.
Extensive Expertise: Sean’s career path includes pivotal roles such as a Warranty Forum instructor and a Field Warranty Specialist, previously known as a Repair Quality Specialist. These experiences have enriched his knowledge and insights into various dealer operations.
